Login Home > SHIPPING & RECEIVING INFORMATION SHIPPING & RECEIVING INFORMATION SHIPPING & RECEIVING Commercial Dock = This is any location that has a dock, or fork lift, that can accept shipments by large Tractor Trailer Delivery. Example: Factory, Parts Store, Hardware Store, Farm Supply, etc. Customer must obtain permission from receiving location before scheduling delivery. Carrier Terminal = All Carriers have terminals located in the Major Cities through-out the USA. Example: YRC Freight, R & L Carriers, SAIA Freight, Southeastern Freight, Old Dominion, Conway Express, etc. These carriers is open for Customer Pickup from 8:00 am til 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Closed on Saturday & Sunday. Retail/Business Locations = This includes any Consumer Shopping Stores that receives shipments from Tractor Trailer Deliveries, but has No Dock (Liftgate Service is Required to Off Load Products). Example = Supermarkets, Convenient Stores, Truck Stops, Discount Stores, etc. Home Delivery = Any residential delivery that can accept large Tractor Trailer Delivery. *(Sub Divisions, Apartment Buildings, Dead End Street, One Way Streets and Limited Access Locations Can Not Accept “Home Delivery”. If Listed as a “Ship To” in order form will be converted to Terminal Delivery). Please verify HOME DELIVERY REQUEST is available PRIOR TO ORDERING. E-mail your request to; email@example.com. RECEIVING Please Inspect your shipment at time of delivery, Prior to Acceptance. This can be done by removing the Cardboard Carton and view the product without removing from the crate. If Damage is seen, Customer can Refuse the Shipment or Note DAMAGED on the delivery receipt prior to signing acceptance. It is Good to have the Driver Note the Damage on the receipt as well. If Refusal of the Shipment is made, We will ship replacement out within 48 Hours. On Damage Noted Accepted Shipments, Replacement of Parts and/or Labor Cost will be made. A Freight Claim must be filed to receive complete Parts & Labor Cost Reimbursement. These Reimbursement Cost is Issued by the Carrier Company that made the Delivery.
